Service Global Business Improvement Service Analytics
The Commercial Analytics Lead reports to the Head of Service Analytics in Denmark and is part of the global Service Analytics team, who supports both global and regional teams. The department is responsible for enabling the Service organization to make better decisions based on data from descriptive to prescriptive, transparency and actionable insights for key decisions across the value chain in Service. Primarily delivered through self-service analytics tools and management support through the Analytics Partners, who also act as product owners, and the very dedicated development team located in Chennai, India. The analytics technology development is done in close collaboration with Digital Transformation, Vestas R&D (Power Solutions), Global It, and Finance.

Service Global Business Improvement Service Analytics

The analytics technology development is done in close collaboration with Digital Transformation, Vestas R&D (Power Solutions), Global It, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Handle the Advanced analytics development roadmap for service product management and service commercial
- Engage with global and regional Service management to support with transparency on commercial performance and where to prioritize efforts for improvements
- Continuously identify opportunities for commercial performance improvement and discuss with management and experts on how to capture value
- Act as global data Product owner on primarily self-service analytics tools (PowerBI) for the commercial service value chain to deliver actionable insights to end-users
- The role as Product owner entails working agile by capturing requirements for development from end-users, technical and process experts, continuously prioritizing the backlog
- Working with Service Analytics Development team to scope work, improving UX/UI, testing and securing adoption by engaging and training end-users in the products you own
- Ensure knowledge sharing on best practices across regions and within the global Service Analytics team
Qualifications
- Required Master's Degree in Business/Finance, or STEM/Engineering in combination with solid experience within the data analytics domain in a large global company
- Vast experience handling complex Data architecture projects
- Experience working with IOT data in an operational context is a benefit
- Solid experience within commercial/sales excellence or business development
- Experience within an industrial sector, service business or energy sector
- Experience working agile would be beneficial
- Experience with data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, etc.
Competencies
- Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
- Ability to work with both highly technical and business - oriented leaders and translate technical analysis and concepts into the right business insights
- Acute business understanding and understanding of organizational issues
- Great facilitator and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, systematic, with a natural attention to detail
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Flexible regarding work hours (international stakeholders)
