About the job:
As our new Security Advisor, you will work independently with companies and organizations at a high professional and technical level.
You will have a high degree of freedom to influence your daily work and projects and to influence the development of the company.
You will be part of a dynamic team of talented people with a great passion for Cyber Security within Red Teaming, Blue Teaming, and enterprise infrastructure/application hardening.

As our new Security Advisor, you will work independently with companies and organizations at a high professional and technical level.
You will have a high degree of freedom to influence your daily work and projects and to influence the development of the company.
You will be part of a dynamic team of talented people with a great passion for Cyber Security within Red Teaming, Blue Teaming, and enterprise infrastructure/application hardening.
Responsibilities:
As a business development professional you will have three primary responsibilities:
- Providing a wide variety of clients with high-quality consultancy advice and support.
- Perform Red Team, Purple Team, and Adversary Simulation at a high technical level.
- Perform Assumed Breach, Penetration Testing, Testing arbitrary services, and Web Application tests at a high technical level.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Generating client assessments, feedback, reports, and certificates within service level agreement targets.
- Working independently with companies and organizations at a high professional and technical level.
- Red Teaming, Adversary Simulation, and Penetration Testing.
- Representing Improsec at customer locations.
Skills we can’t do without:
- Full working proficiency in English.
- You have a solid understanding of Red Teaming and Adversary Simulation.
- You have experience within the role as Red Team Test Manager in TIBER engagements.
Skills we’d like:
- Full working proficiency in Danish.
- You are familiar with threat intelligence-based adversary simulation using other frameworks than TIBER.
- You are familiar with development of offensive security tooling and SDLC.
- You are familiar with developing applications in C#, C++, Go or Nim
