As the F&B Manager we need you to take overall responsibility for operating and develop the different Food & Beverage outlets and Event spaces in our hotel.
Together with an experienced team and managers you will continue to drive the operational excellence of our restaurants and bars but also develop new concepts and driving the strategic work within the department in close co-operation with Executive Chef and General Manager as well as other stakeholders in Bellagroup.
You will coach and encourage your operational leaders in their daily achievements as well as looking into how to drive revenue and optimization of the daily business together with your team.
This position will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your guests know you for delivering sublime service experiences and your colleagues known you for running exceptional F&B operations.
You purposely drive toward results, while constantly and simultaneously problem-solve and engage commitment from our team, colleagues and stakeholders.
Even though your leadership style is firm and goal oriented, you manage to motivate, train, and engage others in an enthusiastic way. Because the work environment in Bellagroup and our hotels is faster than average, your ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions, is critical in this role.

Opgaver
Your responsibilities will include:
- Securing professional operations of our outlets within Food & Beverage and Event Operations.
- Full P&L responsibility for the outlets under our supervision
- Securing the well-being and continual development of your teams
- Day-to-day operation of for the outlets under our supervision
- Maximization of performance and profit
- Development and implementation of the business plan for new F&B units.
- Close collaboration with supporting departments (economy, sales, marketing etc.)
- Contribute to the yearly F&B business plan and the overall strategic plan for BC Hospitality Group
- Keep up-to-date on developments in the service industry and ensure implementation of best practice in your units
- Make sure that operations, service and strategy reflects the overall value set of BC Hospitality Group – in particular in regard to sustainability and responsible hospitality.
- Reporting on operational performance to the General Manager of Copenhagen Marriott.

- You have proven track record running successful F&B outlets (5 years+)
- You are dependable, adaptable and flexible when necessary
- You are able to create structure and convey clear ownership
- You are able to extract and analyze relevant data, conclude and implement necessary actions
- A good commercial understanding, a structured approach and sense of urgency is vital to succeed in this role
- Strong communication skills in English written and spoken. – Danish is a strong plus, but not a prerequisite
- You are willing to work flexible hours
