As our new Student Assistant for HR Operations in Ramboll Denmark you will be part of a department with 12 HR professionals placed in Copenhagen, Ørestad. Together, our top priority is to supply expert HR administration to the leaders and employees of Ramboll Denmark. In Payroll, our responsibility ranges from monthly- and hourly salaries, reimbursement, statistics and flexible benefits to daily support on queries in our case management system (ServiceNow), to communicating and follow up on actions. In HR Operations we work closely with our colleagues in India delivering great HR service; creating contracts, addendums, onboarding, updating data in our HR system (Workday), guiding in Ramboll policies and handlings employee cases. HR Operations is part of the Global HR Operations Function, and we collaborate with our global colleagues on developing best practice and continuously improving our processes, systems, and the way we work. You will take part of the daily deliverables and projects in the team, where you will have both dedicated tasks and assist with more ad hoc tasks when needed. You will refer to the HR Operations Manager, and we imagine that you will work approximately 12-15 hours a week, but it will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your studies and exams. For this role, we believe your starting point is: You are at the end of your bachelor’s degree and plans to go on to the HRM candidate or alike, and you have an interest in working with HR Operations. Good administration skills, works systematically and with an attention to the detail Can work independently and is not afraid to take initiative and reach out to people Professional Danish and English communication skills both verbally and written Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Personal qualities that will enable you to succeed in this role include: You have a systematic approach to your tasks, and you follow up to make sure processes are followed through. You are committed to your tasks – no matter how big or small – and you want to engage in a global community of HR professionals.
