Ramboll is looking for an ambitious PA who will be supporting two of our Senior Group Directors. In this exciting role, you can bring your experience and passion for executive support into play by supporting with a wide range of administrative tasks.
You will make a difference by securing a smooth daily operation, keeping a clear overview of activity in busy times and by providing a superb proactive assistance that will help free up time elsewhere. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Daily support Calendar management Coordination of meetings and seminars Travel arrangements and bookings Coordination of meeting material Stakeholder management All practical matters when onboarding new colleagues and much more Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: Relevant experience as a PA in a large international company and a relevant bachelor’s degree or similar You can communicate in Danish and English at a professional level and that you have good Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
