Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Operational Excellence team</strong></p><p>As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of an international team based in Copenhagen, working in collaboration with business stakeholders in Europe, America, Asia and the Pacific and stakeholders within other Group Business Functions. Our team includes strong capabilities within process ownership of various operational processes as well as experts within change management, business transformation, training development and process excellence Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled project delivery capabilities through fit-for-purpose solutions.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Analyse project related data, prepare reporting and management material (slide decks, visuals etc.) for key stakeholder meetings / workshops with the usage of Microsoft package tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)</li><li>Designing and implementing updates to learning and communication materials.</li><li>Support Process Owner in further developing and implementing project monitoring and reporting processes and digital tools across Geographies and Markets</li><li>Conducting ad hoc administrative tasks both day-to-day and for specific events.</li><li>Developing and conducting surveys and tracking follow up actions.</li><li>Driving global information-sharing through widely used tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Yammer.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li> You are studying bachelor’s degree or the first part of a master’s degree , studying within the fields of either Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar</li><li>Knowing your way around both Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.</li><li>International or practical experiences such as volunteer work, prior student jobs, or exchange programs are significant boosts to your profile.</li><li>You have fundamental understanding or interest in project management.</li><li>You know how to make your work simultaneously detailed and presentable.</li><li>An ability to work 15-20 hours a week on average (with respect for your exam periods)</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being systematic and proactive in executing your tasks, being a strong team player who can collaborate well across both organisational and cultural borders.
