We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our team in Norway. We are currently expanding in the Norwegian market so this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and develop even further. In your role as Regional Manager you will lead our sales team in Norway and will report to the Scandinavian Managing Director.

Your key job responsibilities...
- Develop and set up an area sales strategy to reach objectives
- Responsible for upholding the Hunkemöller-standards and concept in the stores
- Supervise, motivate and lead our shop managers to always deliver World Class Service and reach their targets.
- Recruit, lead and develop teams in the stores when needed
- Analyse and drive the store sales budgets and follow up on KPIs
- Identify store employees’ education needs, and motivate, coach and develop all team members
As a regional manager we expect you to have…
- Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role preferably within retail
- World Class Service is your middle name
- Strong analytical skills and you know your way around KPI’s
- As a role model leader, you’ll have strong communication skills and a helicopter view
- Fluent Norwegian and English skills
