<p>We are looking for an experienced senior corporate contract counsel with proven legal skills to work in an in-house function with dedicated legal and compliance employees. The position has an international reach and is located in our headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.</p><p>You will be part of our Group Business Integrity function and will collaborate with a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues. We value good teamwork, an informal and positive atmosphere and mutual respect.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Being a key business partner to Ramboll’s global procurement function</li><li>Drafting and reviewing complex commercial global agreements including IT, SaaS, and service agreements as well as Requests for Proposal (RfPs), and lead negotiations to a successful conclusion</li><li>Supporting the organisation with advice on regulatory and contractual data protection compliance issues</li><li>Ensuring that a robust contracting process is in place, and that Ramboll is sufficiently protected  </li><li>Reviewing complex contracts, identifying risk points and translating them into simple and effective contract and legal solutions</li><li>Working with stakeholders at all levels in Ramboll to find commercially viable and legally sound solutions</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a successful candidate you need:</p><ul><li>A master’s degree in Danish Law</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of post-graduate legal experience from a law firm within IT law, GDPR and general commercial legal work field, including drafting and reviewing complex commercial vendor contracts</li><li>Experience in working with sourcing/procurement relationships and/or data privacy issues.</li><li>A good track-record in contract negotiations</li><li>To be methodical and thorough and to keep a clear mind in a busy and dynamic environment</li><li>To be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, agile working environment with quick turnaround times and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong and clear communication and stakeholder management skills. This includes the ability to explain complex legal points to business leaders with varying degrees of experience with legal matters; and to take business leaders’ concerns and demands into account when drafting and executing on legal strategies</li><li>Proficiency in Danish and English - both in writing and orally</li><li>Enjoy working independently while also being an active member of Group Business Integrity</li></ul><p><strong>Ramboll globally</strong></p><p>Ramboll is a leading engineering, design and consultancy company.
