Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Cyber and Information Security department</strong></p><p>As our new Disaster Recovery Specialist based at Ramboll’s Headquarters in Copenhagen, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with developing and managing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program. You will join a team dedicated to strengthening Ramboll’s disaster recovery efforts and help the continued availability of critical business functions in the event of a disaster or other significant disruption.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Develop, maintain and test Ramboll’s IT disaster recovery framework, including:</li><li>Developing and maintaining IT disaster Recovery procedures and guidelines – including IT Security- and IT Disaster Recovery related requirements and processes.</li><li>Design and implement awareness and training to ensure that relevant stakeholders are competent to carry out their roles in regard to disaster recovery.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with rest of IT and stakeholders to ensure alignment of disaster recovery and business continuity, and business needs and objectives.</li><li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness and maturity of IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans and provide recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Develop, plan and maintain a process for regular testing of IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</li><li>Provide advisory services to the business and support functions of Ramboll.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>A minimum of two years' experience in planning, implementing, and sustaining Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management, with Cyber Security focus.</li><li>Advisory experience with demonstrated skills in translating business requirements to technical solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications, and their interdependencies</li><li>Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing risk-based standards, and or frameworks, processes, and procedures for preparing and responding to disruptions in business or IT operations.</li><li>Experience in creating and defining new operational models and procedures and explaining complex problems or situations.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English skills.</li><li>Danish language skills not required.</li></ul><p>The following personal qualities will help you succeed in this role:</p><ul><li>A passion for providing excellent service and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization – including ability to manage expectations effectively.</li><li>Good communication skills - including the ability to adjust communication to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures and parts of the organization.</li><li>Ability to explain and translate complex, technical IT security issues into material understandable for non-IT security specialists.</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Support Organisation</strong></p><p>In Ramboll’s Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
