Some of our research interests are infectious diseases, vaccines, pregnancy, mental health, sexual health, genetics and drugs used for diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Your role: Advancing data-driven discoveries
As a Data Scientist, you will play an important role in shaping the future of epidemiology research at our department. Collaborating in dedicated teams, you will develop cutting-edge tools and techniques, leveraging machine learning and causal inference to uncover hidden insights in health data.

We seek an individual with an MSc/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field, coupled with a strong interest in data-driven health research. Proficiency in R/Python and SQL is essential, along with experience in machine learning and/or causal inference. A high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must.

About the employment

The position is temporary, full-time (2-year contract).
