Join Ramboll’s Group Business Integrity function as our new Junior Vendor Contract Counsel and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Junior Vendor Contract Counsel, you will become part of a global team working across 35 countries where no two days are the same. You will be partnered with one of our lawyers who will be your daily go-to contact and who will support your personal and professional development.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be to:</p><ul><li>Review Data Processing Agreements for our global, complex contracts, identify risks and drive effective legal solutions</li><li>Review complex commercial supplier contracts including IT, SaaS, Service Agreements, RfP material as well as assist with the negotiation process</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders on all business levels globally to identify commercially viable and legally responsible solutions</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be part of Ramboll’s Global Data Privacy and Vendor Contract Team which is part of our Group Business Integrity function. You will have dedicated and skilled colleagues who drive, develop and monitor our Global Data Privacy Program and play a key role in the global procurement contracts. You will be placed in our Head Office in Copenhagen with daily contact to Ramboll’s global organisation, working across 35 countries.</p><p>You will have direct report to Ramboll’s Head of Global Data Privacy.</p><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
