You will gain experience from challenging and complex projects and participate in training tailored to our team and your professional experience.</p><p><strong>Potential projects you can be involved in may include:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Alignment with international and national standards for responsible business conduct </strong>– such as:<ul><li>Assessment of companies against international and national standards such as EU Taxonomy minimum safeguards; EU Batteries Regulation and the German Supply Chain Act.</li><li>Monitoring development in international standards and national requirements on responsible business conduct</li></ul></li><li><strong>Embedding responsible business conduct into company governance and management</strong> – such as:<ul><li>Assessment of companies’ governance and management processes</li><li>Strategy and policy alignments with international standards</li><li>Responsible sourcing processes</li><li>Stakeholder engagement</li><li>Access to remedies, including the establishment of grievance mechanisms.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Responsible business conduct due diligence – </strong>such as:<ul><li>Impact assessments</li><li>Tracking and monitoring impacts</li><li>Development of training materials for staff </li></ul></li><li><strong>Sustainable economics, finance, and ESG </strong>– such as:<ul><li>EU Taxonomy alignment and roadmap</li><li>ESG screening and assessment</li><li>CSRD reporting</li></ul></li></ul><p>Your tasks will be varied and depend on the project scope as well as your personal development goals. Typical project responsibilities for an intern include research; data, market, and competitor analysis; creating presentations; writing reports; and participating in client workshops.
