With a successful history dating back to our founding in 1945, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people worldwide.</p><p><strong>You will join our Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility team</strong></p><p>As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of the Group function<strong>, </strong>Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, where we support the business in creating sustainable impact through our projects with clients and ensure that we in Ramboll walk the talk within our own environmental, social and governance sustainability. We are on an ambitious journey to support and enable Ramboll’s new strategy ‘The Partner for Sustainable Change’.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Produce graphic designs and support with content development for our global sustainability trainings.</li><li>Set-up graphical templates and processes ensuring that material can easily be updated</li><li>Work with and collect insights through user interviews and research, including surveys.</li><li>Support team communication and assist project managers with daily tasks.</li><li>Handle ad hoc tasks for the day-to-day operations of the function.</li></ul><p>Your tasks and responsibilities might change as we get to know you, your capabilities and aspirations.</p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Flair for graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating visual material.</li><li>Ideally, knowledge and experience with sustainability, either through university courses or personal interest.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Danish skills not required).</li><li>Availability to work an average of 9-12 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam periods.</li><li>Enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor degree or at the start of your Master degree, studying in fields such as Design, Design engineering, Communications or IT.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being systematic and proactive in executing your tasks, being attentive to detail, being a strong team player who can collaborate well across both organisational and cultural borders.
