If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! LIEWOOD, a leading children's lifestyle brand based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an experienced full-time Creative Lead to join our dynamic team.
From conceptualization to execution, as Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in elevating LIEWOOD brand visual identity across all touchpoints, creating an immersive brand world and ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly.
Leading our in-house graphics, visual and production team, and in collaboration with external talent, you will translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and effective communication that reflect the design esthetics and values that make LIEWOOD unique.

From conceptualization to execution, as Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in elevating LIEWOOD brand visual identity across all touchpoints, creating an immersive brand world and ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly.
Leading our in-house graphics, visual and production team, and in collaboration with external talent, you will translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and effective communication that reflect the design esthetics and values that make LIEWOOD unique.
What will you be doing?
Lead the development and execution of creative content, from concept to completion
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative campaigns, from ideation to postproduction, including art direction, branding, graphic, photography, styling, casting etc.
- Act as a brand ambassador and right-hand to the Founder/Creative Director to ensure that all visual touch points are consistent, engaging and in line with overall creative vision and brand guidelines.
- Develop and communicate the creative vision and concepts for visual projects of various media including print, digital, and multimedia as well as physical spaces in alignment with the overall brand aesthetics, values, voice, and objectives.
- Establish and ensure adherence to brand guidelines to achieve consistency across channels
- Manage the execution of content briefs in partnership with in-house Creative Producer, including adherence to project timelines and deadlines
- Responsible to deliver high-quality, effective visual communication and graphic design together your team, partaking in hands-on branding, graphics, creative and production tasks as required
Lead the creative team, ensuring clear leadership and team engagement to facilitate high performance
- Inspire and lead with vision, establish an engaged and high performing creative team
- Select, direct and collaborate with external talents such as stylists, photographers and content creators to produce high-quality content
- Collaborate with stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver on strategic objectives and represent the creative team towards business stakeholders
- Lead workflow improvement initiatives, optimize processes whilst securing quality and timeliness
- Oversee team tasks and workload, through prioritization, delegation and hands-on practical support to achieve manageable workload
- Work closely with our Creative Director and Head of Marketing to ensure team alignment with creative directors vision and commercial objectives at all times

- Extensive experience in producing graphics, creative content, photo shoots, and video shoots.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders.
- Able to deliver whilst under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
- A deep understanding of LIEWOOD's DNA, combined with a fresh and innovative perspective.
- Excellent critical thinking abilities, enabling you to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma.
- Knowledge of the design and lifestyle industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when needed (including nights and weekends) to meet project deadlines and attend events.
