Who You'll Work With
You will be based in Copenhagen, supporting the operations team with “extinguishing fires”, and helping ad hoc with tasks under finance, commercial, HR, legal, and as such contribute to building the commercial function and supporting operationally in a fast-growing scaleup company. Your colleagues will be in operations, sales, commercial strategy and partnerships. Your direct report will be the Operations Manager.

Operations
- Collaborate with the operations manager to build and enhance company functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Help with financial operations and reporting.
- Ad. Hoc. tasks as needed within HR, legal, compliance etc - so all the tasks that pop-up as we scale.
Commercial strategy and operations
- Assist the commercial team by collecting and analyzing information for strategic decision making.
- Create and follow-up on business cases with clients.
- Conduct market analyses for various purposes, providing insights to guide commercial strategies.
The job is 37 hours per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in their third semester or beyond.
- Experience from relevant student positions, ideally from private equity, startups, consulting or banking.
- Proactive and independent with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and possessing strong coordination skills.
- Excellent Danish writing skills.
