We are seeking a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. If you have an eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the drive to lead a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Housekeeping Manager at Coco hotel, you will have the responsibility of establishing and leading our housekeeping department from the ground up. You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and managing a team of 6-8 housekeeping staff. Working closely with the General Manager, you will develop service standards, create operational processes, and ensure that every corner of our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

- Lead and manage a housekeeping team of 6-8 members.
- Establish and develop the housekeeping department
- Recruit, train, and mentor your own team
- Develop and implement service standards, processes, and operational structures.
- Organize daily workflows and manage all related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee and manage all economic factors related to the housekeeping department.
- Be an integral part of a professional and energetic team.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in a similar role or field is required.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service with an eye for detail.
- Ability to self-organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Danish is a plus.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
