During 2020, we will build a world-class digital team, ensuring that digital is at the heart of our business. Our Digital Hub will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating digital products and experiences for Pandora’s global business to deliver a genuinely connected experience for our customers.
As our Agile PMO Assistant, you will undertake all the support and administration activities required for the effective and efficient running of the Digital Hub. You will work directly with the Digital Hub Leadership team and Agile PMO lead to support the day-to-day running of the Digital Hub.
In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing the use of the office space, tools and systems access for the Digital Hub Team, as well as a tracker to track and monitor the availability of all Digital Hub members – including holidays, sickness, etc. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Digital Hub, PMO and Portfolio teams to ensure facilities and materials are available as required. This includes facilitating the preparation of presentation materials and setting-up and managing team collaboration tools for file and information sharing, task management and email DL’s.
In addition, you will:
- Liaise with stakeholders from many other departments and teams across Pandora and third-party vendors who are involved in digital value stream delivery
- Develop and maintain an on-boarding guide
- Manage the on-boarding process for new joiners and the roll-off process for leavers
- Take notes at key meetings, identify key actions and communicate to stakeholders
- Manage the process for defining and tracking to closure of key actions identified in meetings/other forums across the Digital Hub
- Manage the Digital Hub war rooms/meeting places, ensuring artefacts are regularly published and the room is booked and used accordingly for workshops and meetings

You will report to the Digital AMO team lead, and work together with a talented team of Product Managers, Digital Engineers, Operations Managers and Data Analysts.
What is needed to succeed:
You most likely have a university degree within IT, Programme/Project Management or Business Administration. Ideally, you have some experience with working in a PMO team, or project management experience from a retail multi-channel ecommerce setting. However, it is more important to us that you have an appetite to develop your career in a digital programme environment, want to take on responsibility, and have a curiosity for retail and e-commerce.
Further to the above, you have:
- The ability to organise and structure the support and administration needed for a large digital department
- Strong experience using MS-Office tools to support day-to-day work
- Some experience working in a fast-paced programme delivery environment and a business administration area is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and smartsheets, and have used confluence and Jira previously
