We are looking for an experienced field-based Regional Ecosystem Partner to drive change in the Danish healthcare ecosystem. You will build and maintain transparent relationships with key decision-makers, and establish partnerships across the entire regional healthcare ecosystem. You will collaborate closely and share insights with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies geared towards providing better outcomes for more patients.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Analyse and understand the needs, challenges and gaps of the Danish healthcare ecosystem
- Uncover the trends and barriers of the healthcare ecosystem
- Identify stakeholders who can enable change across the healthcare ecosystem
- Identify mutually beneficial opportunities to influence the healthcare ecosystem on a regional level, with the aim of delivering value and meeting stakeholder needs’
- Pro-actively bring together stakeholders from all parts of the ecosystem to identify and solve regional problems and barriers for our business
- Monitor Medicine Council decisions throughout the Regions
- Leverage Roche’s internal capabilities’ and ultimately drive co-creation within the healthcare ecosystem to achieve personalized and fit-for-purpose solutions (together with our Innovation Lab)
- Create networks across the healthcare ecosystem (connecting the dots)
- Act as champion of collaboration to unlock creative potential both externally and internally

The successful candidate should have:
- A deep understanding of the Danish healthcare ecosystem, and a drive to improve the future of it
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in establishing partnerships with external organizations
- An ability to identify how stakeholders in the wider ecosystem are interlinked and support each other
- An ability network of industry professionals, starting from first point-of-contact, to the establishment of new public/private partnerships
- An ability to identify potential gaps in the healthcare ecosystem, as well as identify opportunities to act on them
- A strong analytical mindset with ability to deep dive into complex material

Who you are:
You have extensive knowledge and experience from the Pharmaceutical/Med Tech industry or from the healthcare ecosystem, preferably in Denmark. You are a mobilizer and an influencer, who can build and maintain open and transparent relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, internally and externally. You are highly analytical, and easily grasp and communicate complex information.
Apart from that, we are looking for the following qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish
