You will be joining a global and highly experienced Organizational Effectiveness team with a project portfolio that evolves with the organizational and strategic initiatives, being implemented across the global organization. You will be a key contributor in some of our novel initiatives such as our new, re-imagined philosophy on performance leadership, “Xellia Grows”.

The job

In this diverse role, you will help us build high impact learning journeys by designing training activities that are engaging and fun, mixing the opportunities of classroom, e-learning, self-paced and online training and workshops.

You will help ensure that talents are effectively immersed in our culture and that we create employee experiences that are so positive and powerful that we gain an edge in onboarding and retaining talented and motivated employees.

You will:

  • Develop, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, resources and courses, using different learning channels and methods
  • Create impactful, professional and on-brand visual design elements as part of learning roadmaps or strategic communication initiatives
  • Work with internal, subject matter experts on securing high caliber e-learning experiences that meet needs and are meaningful and engaging for the intended audience
  • Help design, implement and facilitate career workshops for employees and build a career resource hub for employees
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer activities
  • Assist in other areas as part of the employee life cycle. Depending on your interests and capabilities, you may get involved in our Great Place to Work survey or help implement our global onboarding or retention efforts

You will work closely with a group of highly skilled, caring and spirited colleagues. You will interact daily with colleagues in the US, Croatia, Hungary and Denmark. We each have our strengths and passions and we know that we reach the best solutions through co-creation and a good discussion where we bounce ideas, brainstorm, problem-solve and review each other’s work.

The successful Candidate

Professional competencies:

Our preferred candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree geared towards Human Resources, learning, organizational development, psychology or similar.

Preferably, you have at least 2 years of work experience in human resources, with primary focus on designing and facilitating development initiatives. In addition:

  • You have knowledge of learning theories and how these apply in practice. Essential skills include how to deliver and facilitate workshops whether they are face-to-face or online
  • Training and digitized e-learning should be a passion area for you. You possess technical/digital skills relating to content development and visual layout. You are technically savvy and balance this with your creativity and strong eye for aesthetics and the visual look and feel of things
  • You develop digital content by using different technologies and platforms. You are familiar with learning engagement platforms such as Promote and proficient in eLearning authoring tools (for example Articulate)
  • You have experience in creating varied experiences by using tools like Dreambroker, My Simple Show or other means of communication. We will of course train you, if we use tools that are new to you

Your most important asset is that you are a fast learner who can absorb new information quickly. You have a very good ability to convey complex information in a simple way that people understand and that speaks to their heart as well as their mind.

Personal competencies

You will be working on several projects at the same time, and with your structured and methodical approach, you prioritize your tasks and ensure progress. You can get things done independently, but you appreciate the support of your team and often bounce ideas off your colleagues and love to contribute to finding the best solutions in the team.

If you are empathetic, zesty and informal, you will fit right in with our company culture. We value strong interpersonal skills as this will enable you to collaborate with a multitude of different stakeholders and build strong relations.

You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short.

Finally, you have solid facilitation and presentation skills and excellent English communication skills – written as well as spoken.
