When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.
We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. About the job
You will join our international team of sales and senior consultants, acting as experts of our enterprise software platform for the construction, developer & real estate industries, called iTWO 4.0. You will work closely with the consultants to engage with new clients. You will need to navigate and collaborate with many stakeholders, internally and externally.
The job is based out of Copenhagen but expect some travel primarily within Europe.
The primary responsibility of this role is:
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of the iTWO/MTWO platform
- Understand the market, build new pipeline, develop leads, analyze your key prospects in detail, before engaging
- Pursue and build new business opportunities by engaging on C-level / MD level with our iTWO/MTWO platform
- Leverage board members, functional experts in technology and industry specifics
- Introduce our iTWO/MTWO technology to new customers in the local and European International markets
- Build and demonstrate expertise around technology, digital transformation and process optimization
- Identify key business & technology pains and link these to solutions in our platform
About you
We are looking for people who has experience in the construction industry or related industries. You should have a strong commercial background, being a true hunter combined with a strong interest in and understanding of digital transformation. You are talented and aim to be one of the best within the industry. We welcome all qualified applicants regardless of nationality, as long as you are fluent in English, which is our corporate language.
Key competencies and qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor or above degree in business, marketing, computer science, construction or finance related
- 5+ years of sales experience within SaaS or IT solutions
- Having worked in or with the construction industry (AEC or EPC) is an advantage
- Motivated to bring new transformative technology to the construction industry
- Understanding of the solution selling and challenger sale processes
- Fluent in business English both verbally and written
- Strong skills at facilitating, communicating, presenting & negotiating
- High drive, result-oriented, self-starter, and a team player
- Loves hunting & prospecting
- Ability to travel
