When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.
We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

The Danish business unit, among other things, provides the most widely used and recognized Project Web in the market with over 10,000 daily users. Every day, more than 24,000 files are uploaded to our platform and the amount of data grows exponentially as a result of the digitalization in construction.
In addition to our mature solutions, we have launched Connex, a new project collaboration and field management solution with extensive BIM capabilities, and we ambitiously aim at winning new customers domestically and internationally, as well as winning over customers from existing BIM views, CDE, Collaboration and mobile solutions, as well as up-sell to existing clients. In short, we have a very optimistic view, that requires your experience and execution.
The role will focus on onboarding and enabling customers on the Connex platform. We expect you to:
- identify relevant construction projects, based on ie. weekly overview of projects initiated on our Projectweb, input from market researchers and input from colleagues
- to engage with stakeholders (asset owner, client consultants, contractors) on the projects
- to identify processes suitable for digitization with Connex
- to enable the project participants to use Connex and realize benefits from the solution
- Scope and estimate large project engagements with requirements for custom configuration, new features and system integration
Key KPIs will be number of projects engaged with week over week, number of users onboarded on Connex and ultimately, revenue from Connex projects.
The Team
You will be part of the Danish business unit located in the heart of Copenhagen with approx. 45 employees. You will join our commercial team with reference to our Business Development Director and become part of a professional and dedicated team.
The Role
As Sales Enablement Manager you will focus on identifying, qualifying and closing deals exclusively based on our Connex product portfolio with clients and prospects within all segments in the building industry.
The job is based out of Copenhagen with onsite meeting activity to be expected, although most activity will likely be online via Teams or similar. The primary responsibilities of and skill set required for this role are:
- Lead identification, lead qualification and customer meetings
- Strong demonstration and presentaion skills
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Pipeline management and reporting
- Build and demonstrate expertise around technology, digital transformation and process optimization
- Build relationships with our customers around digital transformation. Hence, demonstrating expertise, and building trust on all levels in a construction project is important.
You will have a close interface to our Product Managers and our consultants, and ensure that clients’ business requirements are translated into tangible value propositions that are understood and accepted by the client.
Experience from the software industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. A background in the building industry and the ability to quickly understand the collaboration and contractual challenges associated with the processes and phases in the industry will be a definite advantage. In addition, you could be a good BIM manager looking for a career in software.

- Domain knowledge in Construction, Technology or Enterprise business - ideally all.
- Software background (enterprise, BIM or SaaS)
- You love client meetings and winning their time
- You are a strong internal and external communicator
- High drive and self-starter
