In Milestone, our Technology Partners are one of the most valued community players, with whom we are collaborating day in and out. For that, in the Technology Partner Program (TPP) team, we ensure to take care of the Technology Partners by accelerating their adoption journey from onboarding to market. In short, managing and continuously improving technology partners' journey and experience is at the heart of Milestone's TPP.
To do this, we need bright talents with a customer-centric mindset. Now is your chance to help manage, shape and deliver our partner programs within the technology partners area.
We are looking for an additional talent to optimize the front- and back-end of the program for a higher value creation and smooth operations along the partner journey. You will be working cross functionally with multiple internal teams and across geographies to resolve pain points in the partner’s journey. You will impact the experience of the partners globally by establishing, managing and tracking parallel initiatives for the technology partner program.
The successful talent is passionate about technologies and partner program management, while being practical, efficient, and innovative. The talent is tech savvy with ambitious problem-solving abilities and can quickly adopt to a fast-paced, dynamic, but agile work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop the front- and back-end of the technology partner program (e.g. systems, portals, tools)
- Analyze and maintain the TPP lifecycle for to proactively identify and execute optimization initiatives or change requests about the program and any interconnected platforms and systems
- Find innovative solutions to resolve issues or pain points while exploring options in a systematic and effective way
- Present and communicate recommendations to various stakeholders in a convincing and effective manner
- Plan and report progress to further support data driven decisions
- Consult others and be the stakeholder for system and portal related change requests that are affecting the TPP
- Maintain and/or optimize Partner Data in various systems (e.g. Salesforce), while sustaining interdependencies across multiple platforms to provide accurate insights about partners
- Ensure a smooth operation for the technology partner program and take care of ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure GDPR compliance in the program, and program related activities

Requirements
Ideally you have a background or experience in the field of Business Administration, Business Development, Information Systems or Data Science.
- Experience in developing business cases, projects, information- or knowledge management systems
- Business development and/ or Project management skills with the proven ability to meet challenging deadlines and professionally prepare, conduct, and follow up on deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree, and preferably master’s degree
- Have a genuine interest in technology and technical products both within and outside the security industryAdvanced proficiency in English, verbally and written
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (e.g., Power BI, Power App, Excel, PowerAutomate)
- Elementary proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM systems and CMS systems
- Preferably some experience with Azure DevOps
- To match the rest of the team you possess: great interpersonal skills, a “win-win” mindset, with the ability to build trust, and deliver on promises

Join the technology partner programs team of 8 young ambitious minded individuals that continuously want to positively impact with a customer first approach – for Milestone Technology Partners and with Technology Partners.

The team is located in Copenhagen and drives the technology partner program management as well as providing partner insights for a data driven relationship building.
