You will be part of a newly founded Nordic HR team of 5 people, thus having the opportunity to influence your everyday as well as your career within HR.
Your tasks will be versatile, supporting the HR team by performing key administrative duties.
- First point of contact for any HR Related queries and responsible for the HR mailbox
- Responsible for coordinating all incoming tasks, thus crucial for HR workflow
- Handling daily administrative tasks in the HR team to support the Nordic Head Office and Retail in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Latvia
- Handling HR processes and maintaining HR4me form system playing a key role in the admin recruitment process, completing employment documents with support of 2 student assistants and interface with Payroll and relevant managers.
- Developing effective working relationships with Retail and Head Office managers.
- Update and maintain SAP HR system with reminder functions in SAP HR
- Ensure all filing is up-to-date and maintenance of GDPR
- Responsible for maintaining the local employee handbooks
- Support with the on-boarding and off-boarding process and maintain the probation review process
- Collating data to producing KPI reports and maintain relevant HR tracker reports.
- Support the HR team with recruitment activities
- Support HR Advisor with ER related cases
- Work on new HR projects with HR team.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Overall, the main strategic focus and KPI for HUGO BOSS HR is to transform HUGO BOSS employees into fans.
You are experienced within HR administration within Retail and have a passion for working with people and all aspects of HR administration. Furthermore, you have a “get it done” attitude and take pride and ownership of the HR processes.
To be successful in this job, it is important that you have:
- 1-5 years of experience within the broad HR administration spectrum, preferably with Nordic experience.
- 1-2 years of experience within Retail, either in HR roles or other experience.
- Educational background as Bachelor, Master or Office education within HR administration – or similar.
- Superuser in the MS Office package and SAP HR or similar ERP system
- Fluent and close to flawless in Danish and English, as well in writing as verbally.

As a part of the Northern European HUB our HR team is working closely together with the HR department in UK, and your main object of attention will be towards servicing the 40 head office employees in Copenhagen and 300 Retail employees in DK, SE, NO, FI, EE & LV. This, in a dedicated Danish HR team where everyone works together towards common goals, care for each other and maintain the alignment with the HR department in London.
