YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will work out of the Tech team and serve as a liaison person between Finance and Tech balancing the needs on both sides.
To be successful, you will quickly establish excellent relations with your collages in Finance, Tech but also across other departments such as Retail and Customer Service. You will have a big appetite to understand the existing processes:
- For Finance, your understanding of processes and system will ensure you become a close sparring partner when they are investigating mishaps in the existing set up, and on what to further optimize and improve.
- For Tech, your financial mindset will be much valued in the design phase to ensure that solutions being planned are sound and efficient from a financial point of view. In the later phases you will be hands-on and play a critical role to ensure the delivered solution meets the success criteria before go-live.
You will become system owner for selected tools that are closely related to the finance such as Gift Card and Taxation. To be successful you always secure documentation and process mapping of existing and new solutions to continuously refine and improve them further.
You will also play a big part in operations support to other departments ensuring that our environments run smoothly and take lead on address and resolve any mishaps.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
- Act as a bridge between the Tech and Finance team.
- Play an important part of further optimizing our current processes and solutions to ensure operational excellence.
- Contribute with your expertise in designing the solution by requirements and quality assurance by testing.
- Operational responsible for financial systems and proactively work towards continued improvements to ensure a smooth operation.
TO HACK THE SYSTEM, YOU MUST …
You can have more than one entry to this role; either you have a professional finance experience with a keen interest for processes and technology or you are a tech professional with experience from finance processes i.e., Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
- Degree within Business Finance and/or Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
WHAT ELSE?
We see it as a big beneficial if you:
- Experience of an international environment.
- Experience of multiple legal entities need to comply with a multitude of statutory requirements e.g., within sales tax and VAT.
- Have experience of Navision2015/Trimit, NewStore, MS Azure, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Avalara, Adyen and Clutch.
- Experience of agile methodology.
