YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

GANNI Digital team is on an exciting journey when it comes to our backbone and heart in the tech stack – ERP. We are currently looking for an ERP Specialist that can help us optimize short term and start our journey towards the future.

You will work within the ERP team and report to the ERP Manager while also working closely with our external developers and with stakeholders across different departments such as Logistic, Finance, Retail and Customer Service.

You have an important role in representing ERP in cross functional projects with focus on keeping things simple and creating as much value as possible. You will also be responsible for driving smaller initiatives related to optimization in our ERP with focus on process improvement together with external developers. After go-live you will play an important role in the hyper care period to secure a good handover to operations. With your service minded thinking you will also support the business with ad hoc questions when needed.

In parallel with this you will play a critical role in the strategic journey that we are on in terms of future proofing our ERP platform. You will play a vital part of the pre-work that is needed in terms e.g., processes mapping to give us a great foundation to build a project on.

To be successful, you will establish excellent relations with your colleagues in the digital team and across business departments. You will have a big appetite to understand the existing processes and be able to translate it into exciting new opportunities that GANNI is facing.

Your ERP process mindset will be much valued both through the full processes of scoping, design, implementation, and hyper care. You easily understand logistical and financial processes with a strong focus on efficiency. To be successful you always secure documentation and process mapping of existing and new solutions to continuously refine and improve them further.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

• Lead and drive ERP optimization initiatives and play an important part in further optimising our current processes and solutions to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and drive external development resources.
• Represent ERP in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Play a key role in the ERP Journey and participate in different tasks that would help us prepare for changing or upgrading our ERP platform.
• Establish a close collaboration across business departments such as Logistic, Finance, Retail and Customer Service.
• Responsible for documentation of processes, rules and configurations.
• Contribute your expertise in designing the solution by requirements and quality assurance by testing.

TO HACK THE SYSTEM, YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience from ERP.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Business Processes within Direct to Consumer sales and Business To Business Sales.
• Experience of mapping processes and documentation in connection to ERP.
• Experience of roles that require great communication.
• Experience of roles that require stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.

WHAT ELSE?

• Experience from a cloud-based ERP solution.
• Experience from an ERP implementation or upgrade.
• Experience from an international environment.
• Experience with multiple legal entities that need to comply with a multitude of statutory requirements e.g. within sales tax and VAT.
• Have experience of Navision2015/Trimit, NewStore, MZ Azure, Sales force Commerce Cloud, Avalara, Adyen Clutch.
• Experience of agile methodology.
