ABOUT THE ROLE:

OMADA is offering a unique position as People and Business Support Manager, handling our People Engagement strategy, Company Events, Office Management, Supplier Agreements, Employee Benefits packages etc. We have offices in Denmark (HQ), Poland, Germany, Spain, US and you will manage these offices remotely. The team includes you and an office assistance in Denmark, but you will work with collegues and managers in many different locations. The tasks vary from strategic projects to smaller daily hands-on tasks and sourcing. You will be reporting to the Global HR Director and work close together with HR, IT and other support functions. Finally, you will have the responsibility for the budget for the area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead OMADA's People Engagement strategy, including event management.
  • Manage all offices when it comes to negotiating rental agreements, cleaning contracts, etc.
  • Own reception, insurances, company cars, travel bookings, occupational health and safety program, CSR reporting, lunch set-up for Denmark, shipping, etc.
  • Lead projects in Event planning, social activities, etc.
  • Be hands-on and stand in for the assistant when necessary, in daily routines such as cleaning coffee machines, lunch set-up, tidy meeting rooms, reception, etc.
  • Be flexible and available for ad-hoc tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

We expect you to be a strategic skilled multi-tasker. Our ideal candidate has experience with People and Business Support either from a position as Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar, and is accustomed to working in an international set-up. You have a relevant bachelor or master degree and you must be able to speak, read and write clear business English, and it will be an additional bonus if you can speak German as well. Project Management skills is a requirement.

As a person, you are service-minded, structured and can effectively pay attention to both details and a big-picture view. You are “do-er,” no matter if it comes to arranging major events or mundane hands-on tasks – you do all of it with the same enthusiasm. You can prioritize your tasks efficiently, delegate, and optimize processes and come with ideas for improvements. As you will be handling sourcing and negotiating vendor contracts, we also expect you to have those skills. Finally, you are a team-player, and can effectively build up professional relationships around the organization.
