Your mission... As the Nordic Go-To Market Administrator you play a pivotal coordinating role in the success of the market excellence for the Consumer Products Division (CPD). By keeping structure and processes you help ensuring best in class execution. Following the CPD For Tomorrow transformation, the excellence in execution of our trade cycle is relying on information sharing between marketing, supply, master data and commercial. Therefore, we are now looking for a new administrative pillar for our organization, sitting in the marketing team, to support this transformation. You are master of details and pay attention to details, but still understands the big picture. The role will report to the Retail Brand Manager.
You will... Manage the Nordic Assortment File & Ecom assets delivery in time to meet the Trade Cycle deadline of our DNSF clients – coordinating with the brand teams, supply, master data and the country coordinators. Support with the Nordic BOMS catalogue, optimizing info sharing and processes across brands. Guardian of deadlines for BOM according to Trade Cycle Coordinate the Gifting process, own the Xmas offer catalog information gathering, create central BOMs and sharing info for all CPD brands Secure a flawless communication of changes and delays within the scope to keep transparent communication within the region Be responsible for delivering timely above marketing information to the DNSF countries Further develop the processes. Recommend business administrative handlings in order to simplify processes – across countries as well as towards marketing Onboard and follow-up trainings to newcomers on the diverse Go-To- Market responsibilities
Your profile... You have a good experience within business administration (FMCG & Beauty/Fashion Retail background is a plus) Experienced user of Microsoft Office & SAP; Excel superuser Structure & detail oriented but also able to have the big picture Able to understand processes and translate into systems Having business knowledge and ideally customer knowledge Having a hands-on and pro-active approach and a strong willingness to drive results Enjoy managing multiple stakeholders, good communication skills Fluent in English, a Scandinavian language is a plus
