It is our job to advise the R&D leadership team with various solution-led projects. We are involved in planning and executing strategic, department-wide projects and management support tasks aligned with R&D leadership. You will be joining a team of 7 project managers in Copenhagen with diverse backgrounds and nationalities. You will have the opportunity to fulfil supporting tasks as well as lead some work streams and/or projects of your own, all the while receiving high-quality guidance and sparring from our team and R&D leadership.Tasks include data collation, structuring, and data analysis, preparing summaries and presentations, supporting leadership development trainings & events, leading the technology set up for department-wide events, plus ad hoc management support tasks.Who you are
  • You have a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or similar with strong academic results and 1-2 years before graduation
  • You are a strong executor, enjoy an environment where change is a constant, and feel energized by working both independently as well as in close collaboration with the team
  • You thrive in bringing structure and applying problem-solving skills to complex issues
  • You know how to form effective professional relationships and can manage a wide range of stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds
  • You are proactive, taking ownership of tasks, delivering according to scope and timeline
  • An interest or previous experience with client advisory/consulting is a benefit to succeed in this position – but not a requirement for the right candidate
  • You are fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing
