About the job
DRC commits to the Organizational Principle “Include” for 2025 (50% gender balance and 50%+ national staff in management roles). - Inclusive communication: Develop and support the roll out of tools and resources on inclusive communication, including a guidance document that brings together best practices from various fields (e.g., anti-racism, disability inclusion, gender equality). The guidance aims to strengthen understanding of how to use words and images to communicate inclusively, not only in written outputs such as reports and brochures, but also in presentations and other forms of internal and external communication.
- Mentoring framework: Support with developing and rolling out a mentoring framework in DRC that can be adapted and implemented by DRC’s local offices. The purpose of the mentoring framework is to strengthen and further expand a diverse talent pipeline, targeting specifically underrepresented groups at DRC and to promote an overall coaching and mentoring culture as part of an enabling and inclusive work environment.
