About the role

You will join our CoE - Leadership & Development team, anchored in Group People & Culture in Copenhagen. Our team is developing and driving strategic people initiatives. You will get the opportunity to impact people and culture through leadership development, learning, culture, and performance enablement.

Responsibilities

As our new Senior Leadership Development Partner, you will support the development of our People & Culture agenda, while partnering with other areas of the People & Culture community to develop and implement our global initiatives. Additionally, you are responsible for strengthening our leadership & development offerings to drive exceptional business results and people engagement in alignment with our Guiding Principles.

Further, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited:

  • Drive and develop People & Culture initiatives in close collaboration with colleagues, while promoting actions to nurture the right culture for developing and retaining talent in Saxo
  • Leverage processes to develop learning objectives, design learning content, and measure effectiveness of development programs
  • Refine development approach and continuously improve learning outcomes by using an outcome-based learning approach
  • Develop presentations, visual aids, applying creativity and design skills to create engaging leadership development content and resources
  • Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends related to leadership development including leadership trends, program content, learning theory, and program design and delivery
  • Lead and/or support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include Live in-person and virtual presentations, group discussions, individual and group activities, and leadership forums

You are self-driven, have strong interpersonal skills and apply common sense when ensuring that our strategic initiatives turn into implemented practices. Your commitment and authenticity show while engaging with stakeholders and establishing trustful partnerships. Personally, you adapt quickly to change, whereby you take ownership and hold yourself and others accountable. As a strong collaborator you can coach people and manage to set the direction in a complex and changing environment.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree within Business, HR, Psychology or similar
  • You have 5+ years of experience in similar people roles - a combination of specialist and generalist experience will get you far in creating concepts that are easily understood and used by our people
  • A solid strategic people toolbox to draw from - having worked with talent, learning, leadership, organizational design, culture, and performance management
  • Have a deep knowledge of industry best practices and trends around learning, leadership & team development and how to measure impact and ROI
  • Demonstrate strong expertise partnering with People & Culture colleagues and people leaders to design and implement solutions
  • Have strong coaching skills, process facilitation skills and a solid practical experience working with team development.
  • Proven track record of implementing global projects and change management
  • Have project management skills and demonstrated experience having developed and led people project initiatives in an international organization
  • You are a strong communicator and are fluent in English, written and verbal
