About your role

Currently, we are searching for a support engineer within our Continia Sustainability solution. Continia Sustainability is a comprehensive carbon management platform for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This solution streamlines companies' carbon accounting and ESG reporting by providing the tools to collect, manage, and track climate impact data.

This is what you will do:

  • Help Microsoft Dynamics partners navigate the intersection of carbon accounting and technology with Continia Sustainability. You'll provide expert guidance through our web-based helpdesk, email, and occasional phone support, empowering partners to optimize their sustainability efforts and fully leverage our solution on a global scale.
  • Investigate reported issues and provide clear, detailed feedback to our development team, ensuring effective collaboration and swift resolution.
  • Evaluate and test new features to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for frequently asked questions and their corresponding solutions, providing valuable guidance for our partners.
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.

As Continia Sustainability is a completely new solution within an immature market, the role will involve professional sparring/training in the functional area of ESG reporting, as well as a technical support engineer assisting with the workflow within the Business Central ERP solution.

The role is based in our office in Copenhagen.

About you

From a personality perspective, Continia is looking for a new colleague with a positive, service-minded attitude and an independent and self-driven mindset.You are accountable, approach your endeavors with a can-do attitude and embrace the responsibility that comes with your work and team. Together, you and your team are motivated by providing excellent, first-class support.
To be successful in this role, you hold the following skills and personal traits:

  • Proven experience with Business Central, Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in or understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting and ESG reporting (CSRD).
  • A keen interest in testing new functionality and helping document frequently asked questions.
  • A genuine ability to work in a structured way and to handle multiple tasks and collect/convey requests and ideas for new product features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English (Danish would be an advantage, but not required).
  • Strong, proven interpersonal skills are mandatory as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
