Your mission... As the E-Activation Manager, you will be responsible to craft, execute and optimize the ecommerce marketing plan based on analytical and data-driven insights, ensuring effective and relevant brand investment for all pure players and 0+0 retailers in the Nordics. From campaign planning design, online execution, to deep performance analysis, you will work hand in hand with marketing, e-RGM, Data and eKAMs to help maximize marketing spend effectiveness at channel and client level. In close collaboration with Marketing GMs, business development team, you will be the main point of contact to align, arbitrate category and brands activations, relay commercial needs & feed Market Intelligence. You will... Lead and coordinate the channel shopper activation strategy by category, brand and clients for maximum efficiency driving revenue growth and market shares Adapt and recommend the shopper activation plan at client level, making arbitrations based on historical data & analytics performance Be the customer marketing voice of our client partners in line with e-JBPs, aligning on the shopper activation game plan, joint success KPIs and growth opportunities Strategize, execute and evaluate big bets campaigns to achieve online sales targets Utilize advanced analytical tools to assess, arbitrate and optimize marketing spend investment effectiveness in order to maximize ROI and sales incrementality Collaborate with marketing and brand advocacy teams to leverage, maximize marketing initiatives investment (GWP, sampling, collab ads, media linking, R&Rs, advocacy/PR) and optimize the full funnel consumer path to purchase Ecommerce marketing budget owner and arbitrator to maximize ROAS Responsible for the marketing test & Learn agenda to generate activation learning
Your profile… Qualified with 5 years of experience from e-commerce, digital marketing or performance marketing roles with B2C understanding Experienced in performance media and marketing investment management Strong in analytical and data management skills to optimize investment efficiency Comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders in a complex business environment (client facing required) Have strong communication & coordination skills with data driven decision making Hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results Knowledgeable of consumer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies Capable to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and preferably understand a Nordic language
