Key Role as the Team’s Administrative Pivot Point and Assistant
You will be part of a complex organization where you will collaborate across Product, IT, Marketing, Sales, and more. As a Product Operations Assistant, you will focus on making relevant knowledge and documentation accessible across teams. Key words are optimization and continuous improvement to help your colleagues work smarter and faster, making things easier for our customers.
You'll assist in developing and optimizing processes and ensure that relevant documentation is in place. This involves identifying contributors and proactively coordinating with them. You will also serve as the team’s administrative pivot point, documenting and ensuring accurate information in our back-end systems.

Gathering relevant information related to process development, product releases, etc.
Assisting in developing and optimizing standardized processes based on updated documentation
Collecting and documenting feedback and requests between stakeholders and Product Operations
Supporting the delivery and standardization of quarterly royalty reports
Updating relevant information in various back-end systems, such as the quoting calculator, price lists and the ERP system.
Assisting in creating requirement specifications and flow diagrams to engage with the delivery organization
Providing input for internal communication concerning product releases and anchoring changes in our partner support functions

To excel in this role, you must build a network of relevant contributors across our very international organization and be comfortable reaching out and asking questions. This requires excellent communication skills and an understanding of cultural and professional differences.
