As our Insight Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey towards becoming a truly customer-centric company. Your expertise will drive our marketing strategies through thorough research and insightful analysis.

Join our dynamic product marketing team, where your ideas and initiatives are appreciated, and you will receive trust and responsibility from your manager. The team comprises 11 highly skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds, incl. a fellow Insight Specialist. Additionally, you'll be integrated into a broader Milestone group of research and insights specialists who share your passion.

  • Research and analytics
    • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research projects, leveraging surveys, interviews, online feedback analysis, and 3. party data.
    • Data retrieval and analysis from 1st party data.
    • Analyze and synthesize data to extract actionable insights to inform decision-making across the Product Marketing team and broader Milestone.

  • Project management
    • Assist in managing research projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, and effectively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Upskilling and customer advocacy
    • Act as a subject matter expert and customer advocate within the organization.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues and assist with insights projects.

  • To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
    • Proven experience in customer insights, market research, or related roles.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets.
    • Quantitative skills incl. questionnaire building and analytics.
    • Qualitative skills incl. planning and execution of interviews and observations.
    • A commercial mindset and the ability to put insight into a commercial context.
    • Excellent communication skills, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and insights.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills and experience leading projects to completion.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS or cloud-based products, is an advantage.
