As the Director of Technology Partner Management you will lead a team of 14 Technology Partner Managers across the globe. This role is critical in executing and expanding our technology partnerships to amplify Milestone’s value proposition.

  • Lead and Inspire a Global Team: Manage and mentor a team of 14 Technology Partner Managers who are responsible for key technology partnerships, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Partnership Development and Management: Collaborate with the Vice President of Technology Partnerships and Open Platform to develop, implement, and refine partnership strategies with key technology partners. Drive joint innovation initiatives, growth opportunities, and ensure long-term, successful engagements.
  • Orchestration of Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and various leadership teams to align partner activities with Milestone’s broader business and technology goals. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Present strategic initiatives and partnership outcomes to C-level executives, both internally and externally. Serve as a key advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership, driving decisions that support technology adoption and business growth.
  • Indirect Sales Support: Facilitate and support the sales teams by optimizing partner relationships that contribute to Milestone’s commercial success. Develop strategies that enhance joint go-to-market initiatives and create value for the sales organization through technology partnerships.
  • Commercial Understanding and Strategic Roadmaps: Maintain a strong commercial understanding to ensure partnerships align with business objectives. Develop clear, structured roadmaps for each partnership, incorporating key performance metrics, business value propositions, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage Complex Relationships: Oversee and manage multiple, intricate relationships with top-tier technology partners. Navigate complex dynamics to ensure continued alignment with company objectives, fostering long-term partnerships and mutual success.
  • Performance Management: Set, track, and report on performance KPIs for each partnership. Analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Travel and Engagement: Represent Milestone at industry conferences, partner meetings, and other events as needed, with approximately 2-3 days of travel per month.
