Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development, who will be reporting to Annette Dahl Franck, VP - Global Organizational Development. You will be responsible for the integration of organizational development insights through effective project management and stakeholder collaboration to promote continuous improvement and alignment with [xxxxx]’s strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement organizational development concepts based on an established understanding of core people processes, leadership, and culture.

  • Design project plans for people concepts, detailing objectives, resources, timelines, and expected outcomes to ensure proper implementation.

  • Engage key stakeholders, incl. People & Organization Business Partners to ensure co-creation, alignment and secure support throughout project lifecycles.

  • Lead people initiatives, applying agile methodologies while continuously monitoring progress and making real-time adjustments to ensure deliverables meet both quality standards and performance metrics.

  • Clearly communicate and document project processes and outcomes, disseminating insights and best practices throughout the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and collaborative improvement.

On top of that, you will have:

  • A master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development or related field, with knowledge in organizational change, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Project management experience and have facilitated initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to persuade at all levels of the organization and communicate complex concepts clearly and simply.
  • Organizational development knowledge combined with great project management skills.
