The position
Enable & inspire Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S (NNPR) to "live cLEAN®" by driving continuous improvement (CI) mindset throughout the site; providing cLEAN® tools, training, and expertise; leading CI projects and initiatives; and partnering with the organization at all levels.
As cLEAN Partner at NNPR you will be part of our Projects, IT and Optimisations (PIO) department, where you will join a team consisting of cLEAN partners and digitalisation specialists.

The position

As cLEAN Partner at NNPR you will be part of our Projects, IT and Optimisations (PIO) department, where you will join a team consisting of cLEAN partners and digitalisation specialists.
In this position you will work with;
- Assisting site leaders to develop CI plans; identify, prioritize, and initiate CI opportunities; follow-through on CI activities
- Provide coaching for site leaders & team members to develop the cLEAN® mindset
- Provide Systematic problem solving (SPS) support through coaching and facilitating
- Develop, lead, &/or facilitate CI kaizen workshops, problem solving workshops
- Communicate across site to share best practices, success stories, ideas
- Assist in formal training in PS cLEAN® Academy STAR® program
- Provide coaching & mentoring for 1-Star and 2-Star project leaders across site; develop coaching skills
- Manage/Lead focused cross-functional CI projects
- Apply PDCA/DMAIC methodologies to achieve significant, measurable improvement in business, support, and production processes
- Provide direction, coaching, & mentoring for project team members
- Manage/Lead cLEAN® site initiatives
- Develop and lead change management plans for CI initiatives; develop control plans intended to sustain improvement gains
- Provide expertise to site in a variety of other areas (as appropriate): statistical & data analysis, MS Office products, project management, change management, etc.
Qualifications
- You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, with a business, technical focus or other relevant areas. Alternatively, you posses a combination of relevant work experience and other education that can serve as an alternative for an academic background.
- You have solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues will be an advantage.
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience within similar position in a LEAN environment.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts and business experience from manufacturing environment, experience applying concepts is a requirement (e.g. Visual Management, Systematic problem solving).
- You have a strong data mind-set and can translate and visualize data to support decision making.

- Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication
- Curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach
- A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour
- You are a go-getter with a ‘can do’ attitude and see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mindset.
- Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and specialists.
