(referred to as cLEAN in Novo Nordisk (NN)) If so, you might be the person we are looking for.
The position
This position will allow you to drive large and complex improvement initiatives at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S (NNPR). This will be done applying your deep knowledge on cLEAN and the different tools associated with cLEAN. It is important that you can manage complexity will involving stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
You will act as cLEAN coach for your colleagues and make sure that we continuously develop our cLEAN mindset, and our workforce is adequately trained to conduct continuous improvement.
As a Process Improvement Specialist at NNPR you will be part of our Projects, IT and Optimisations (PIO) department, where you will join a team consisting of cLEAN partners and digitalisation specialists.

The position

As a Process Improvement Specialist at NNPR you will be part of our Projects, IT and Optimisations (PIO) department, where you will join a team consisting of cLEAN partners and digitalisation specialists.
In this position you will work with:
- Track-lead on complex business challenges throughout our value chain.
- Provide Systematic problem solving (SPS) support through coaching and facilitating
- Develop, lead, &/or facilitate CI kaizen workshops, problem solving workshops
- Act as coach for our cLEAN 3* candidates (equal to Six-Sigma Master Black Belt)
- Communicate across site to share best practices, success stories, ideas
- Manage/Lead focused cross-functional CI projects
- Apply PDCA/DMAIC methodologies to achieve significant, measurable improvement in business, support, and production processes
- Being able to analyse and define improvement initiatives in all aspect of our value chain
- Provide direction, coaching, & mentoring for project team members
- Develop and lead change management plans for CI initiatives; develop control plans intended to sustain improvement gains
Qualifications:
- You hold a relevant Master’s degree, with a business, technical focus or other relevant areas. Alternatively, you posses a combination of relevant work experience and other education that can serve as an alternative for an academic background.
- You have a profound experience working with larger optimisation initiatives through the application of cLEAN tools.
- You have solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business challenges
- You have at least 5+ years of professional experience within similar position in a LEAN environment.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts and business experience from manufacturing environment is a requirement
- You have a strong data mind-set and can translate and visualize data to support decision making.

- Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication
- Curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things
- Feeling comfortably taking lead on improvement projects
- Leading others to achieve a common goal should come naturally to you
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your way of working
- A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour
- You are a go-getter with a ‘can do’ attitude and see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mindset.
- Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and specialists.
