We are looking for Automation Engineers with a strong desire to learn multiple disciplines within their field. Do you possess professional experience or wish to obtain experience within IT & Automation in a GMP production environment?

The position
As our new Automation Engineer, you will quickly learn new disciplines while working on our current and future production facilities within automation and digitalisation. It could be SCADA integration, PLC programming or perhaps Batch Management programs. You will collaborate with professionals with various backgrounds within academics and technical expertise. Our common goal is simple: A sustainable and robust production platform, fit for the future. You will also be expected to take part in projects on site, together with your colleagues from the IT&OT department and external service providers.
You will work closely with process, engineering, and production stakeholders to assess requirements and appropriately influence the design of our current and future facilities.

The department
Your new department is composed of experienced and highly qualified professionals and technicians, working diligently in support of the entire value chain, from Research & Development to production and finally Sales & Marketing. We support our production and laboratories with projects aiming to implement new products, improve our site IT infrastructure and the implementation of new digitalisation solutions. The department has grown significantly for the past year and today consists of 22 employees and several external partners in support.

The position

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Must have a bachelors or master’s degree within in automation, robotics, or IT related fields
- Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience with automated production systems in a highly regulated manufacturing environment as well as GMP and validation experience
- Has some knowledge and experience within SCADA systems (e.g. System Platform, Ignition, iFIX), HMI, Siemens PLC etc.
- Has strong project participation skills
- Has a strong personal commitment, effectiveness, and an open mind.
- Is fluent in English and has the ability to speak or willingness to learn Danish
