The position

As an Associate Manager of our newly formed Facility Service team, you will be responsible for service tasks across the entire company. This entails reception and administration, cleaning, mat service, canteen operations, gardening and winter service, internal parcel post, good housekeeping, purchase of office supplies.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for service tasks across the entire company and ensure that everything works and constantly improve the service. In this position you will be the leader of our reception team and become an active player in the team yourself, moreover you will have ongoing contact with our service suppliers and ensure that services and service agreements reflect the company's growing needs and challenges.

Qualifications

To suceed in this position, you have:

  • Experience in Soft Facility Management and handling service suppliers.
  • Experience as a people leader, who sets directions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in communication with suppliers.

As a leader, you have a high level of service and take pride in providing the best service to your colleagues. You have an eye for detail and always ensure that our site looks nice, tidy and inviting. You are outgoing with a good mood, a positive mind and see feedback from colleagues as potential for improvement.

About the department

Facility Service is a newly formed team in our Technical Support department. The new team will be responsible for service tasks across the company. Technical Support is responsible for production equipment, utilities, maintenance, calibration and facility management at our production site in Køge. The department consists of a workshop team with 8 blacksmiths and electricians, an equipment team with 9 engineers, machinists and technicians, as well as the new team. In addition, there are 3 technicians who handle planning, purchasing and technical storage
