Do you want to ensure that Novo Nordisk Pharmatech is having the most preferred and value creating Training and Development team? The Position

In this role you will be responsible for the Training & Development team consisting of 6 dedicated employees. Your team has the responsibility for all processes related to be in compliance within the training area, ensuring delivery of the best training solutions to all organizational levels and be a preferred partner to line of business. As your team is part of People and Organisation, you will have effective collaboration with the rest of the P&O department.

You get motivated by understanding the business (and training) needs with a flair for strategy and great stakeholder management and are excellent involving your employees early in the process.

You will also:

  • Set the strategic direction and goals for both training across the organization and in the team to succeed with the ambitious strategy.
  • Provide leadership and continuous development of the team members through coaching and dialogue, and you motivate your team towards what is best for both the business and the team.
  • Ensure collaboration with the training organisation in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A bachelor or master in Learning & development, Psychology, Change management, Human Resource or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, and ability to always take the lead in an inspiring way.
  • Preferably a minimum of two years people management and leadership experience.
  • Preferably a minimum of two experience working with training & learning in a regulated environment.
  • High level of oral and written English.

On a personal level, you contribute positive to our department and enjoy working independently. You work in a structured manner, but with openness to meet new ideas and ways of thinking. You have a can-do mind-set, focus on opportunities rather than limitations and provide strong leadership to ensure results.
