Do you have solid experience within metrology, calibration and measurement equipment in a GMP regulated production? Are you able to set requirements to measurement equipment and design measurement processes to be stable and reliable? Do you have experience in working with projects?
Then we might have the right position for you as our new Metrology Responsible in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The position
You will join Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, who produces important ingredients to the pharmaceutical production, where you primarily will: Be responsible for the metrology process in our production and in projects. Set requirements to our measurement equipment to ensure that it meets the applicable requirements of the process. Furthermore, the requirements should be anchored in rationales. Ensure that new measurement equipment is acquired according to our positive list and will be installed to give us reliable measurement results. You will be expected to give input to layout and design for the measurement equipment to be calibrated with low uncertainty afterwards. You will define requirements to calibration of the measurement equipment and in collaboration with our SAP Supporter, you will ensure that the requirements are anchored in SAP.
Furthermore, you will be initiating the installation of sensors to monitor the condition of the equipment and utilize data to continuous improvements of the reliability of the equipment. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure high reliability and stability in our production facilities.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we imagine that: You are a Measurements Technician, or you hold a Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Bachelor´s degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering or have other relevant experience with strong competences within metrology, calibration and measurement equipment. You have experience with GMP and know how to set requirements to measurement equipment and calibration. You have knowledge within SAP and can utilize the data from the system to manage and improve the measurements and calibration. You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbally, on a professional level. It’s important to us that you are familiar with IT systems and are curious on new technology within data collection and improvements. You know Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things and find it exciting to work with digitalization. As a person we imagine that you are initiative and communicative. You will be communicating requirements and demands regarding installations to various stakeholders, and therefore you are expected to be well formulated and have a flair for stakeholder management.
