The position At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR), our top priority is providing quality products to our patients. To achieve this, we need safe, compliant, and robust IT and OT (Operational Technology) solutions. That's where you come in - as Compliance Analyst within IT/OT, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and support for our manufacturing and laboratory functions, as well as have administrative and supporting functions. In this role, you will: Help govern our IT license to operate in relation to pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical IT systems Write and approve change requests, and update SOPs (procedures and instructions), in support of other IT/OT roles Work with systematic problem-solving and Incident Management in an ITIL-framework (Incident, Problem and Change Management) Act as a liaison for People Managers, System Owners, and IT&OT teams across NNPR, and ensure that our systems comply with relevant regulations. work hands-on to prepare validation documentation, identify process improvements, support change implementation, and optimize processes. You will participate in projects related to optimisations of our quality management system (QMS), as well as validation of IT and Automation across the site. You will be part of our daily operations, supporting other IT&OT functions with documentation of changes and deviations. As part of your role, you will communicate and collaborate closely with your colleagues as well as key stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: An academic degree in pharmacy, engineering, IT or similar will be preferred but candidates with a non-academic background and vast experience within the relevant fields will also be considered. Relevant experience in IT system governance, operation, maintenance or similar fields. Experience with IT systems used for pharmaceutical or other regulated production purposes as well as experience with IT Projects, and ISO-documented processes. Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, and Danish language proficiency is a plus, given our international scope. We are also looking for a structured team player, a good communicator, and someone, who can drive own tasks to completion. You should also have a strong analytical and quality mindset, as well as ability to build good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all organisational levels. About the department You will join the IT & OT department consisting of 30+ dedicated and talented colleagues within IT administration, IT compliance, IT system management and automation & control systems. The department covers the entire value chain of NNPR in relation to IT and OT. We work diligently to support the entire value chain at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, ranging from Research & Development to manufacturing, laboratories, warehouse operations, and Sales & Marketing. We support our stakeholders with daily operations tasks and projects such as the implementation of new products, improvement of site IT infrastructure, and new digital solutions. The IT & OT department, along with the rest of NNPR, is currently expanding to fulfil the increased demands from products from Novo Nordisk A/S. The expansion is also fuelled by our strong desire to ensure a healthy work environment and make even more room for personal development and growth.
