The Position For us, cLEAN represents more than just a set of tools; it's a culture and mindset that evolves continuously within our organization. Your primary focus will revolve around enhancing operational excellence through adherence to cLEAN standards, execution of improvement projects, and the ownership you exhibit in driving the NNPR cLEAN strategy within all aspects of the value chain, ranging from R&D to Sales & Marketing.
As our cLEAN Partner in NNPR, your role will support our business area. You will collaborate across different departments, while also being an integrated part of the cLEAN network that ranges across the entire Product Supply (PS) in Novo Nordisk. Your responsibilities and success criteria will include:
• Interest in implementing IT solutions and enhancing our digital workflow.
• Proficiency in the cLEAN toolbox, supported by experience in operational excellence within daily operations.
• Expertise in revealing cLEAN principles, systems, tools, and CLEAN behaviours to all organizational tiers, accompanied by practical skills in data analysis and trend assessment.
• Experienced in implementing optimization projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realize the business needs and targets.
Qualification To excel in this role, you should:
• Possess fluency in English and proficiency in oral communication in Danish.
• Hold an academic degree in a relevant subject area, such as engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management.
• Preferably, be acquainted with operational excellence practices and potentially have familiarity with NN LEAN tools.
• Be well-versed in LEAN thinking methodologies, including Systematic Problem Solving, coaching, Value Stream Mapping, and Yamazumi, and possess a strong data-driven mindset.
• Bring experience as a manager, project manager or experienced process supporter, with responsibility for business development would be perceived as a plus. You will work from Køge, with the occasional opportunity to work from home. Working at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S
