Production Training Supporter Are you interested in playing a key role in ensuring and developing an effective training setup in a fast-growing production organisation? The position
The position is a newly established position. As Production Training Supporter you will be reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. Your main responsibility will be to support managers in the area with ensuring the most optimal training set up within their respective area. You will
As part of the role, you will work closely together with Novo Nordisk Pharmatech corporate training and development to ensure that the Manufacturing area is aligned with corporate training standards.
Qualifications
As a person you are open minded with high level of energy, an outgoing attitude and have very strong communication and collaboration skills with both your colleagues at all levels in the Manufacturing organization, and your colleagues in the corporate training and development team. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and respect among colleagues.
You are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You have a proven track record in driving change management and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. You have experience and are confident as a trainer and facilitator, and fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken.

The Manufacturing organisation of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S consists of app. 85 employees in 7 teams. The Manufacturing organization is responsible for production, technical support, process support, project execution, and facility management. In the position as Production Training Supporter, you are required to work closely together with the management team. As the job function is newly established, you will be part of establishing the processes and setting the team culture. We are aiming at having a team with high engagement and performance, with a great social working environment and a focus on personal development.

The position
The position is a newly established position. As Production Training Supporter you will be reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. Your main responsibility will be to support managers in the area with ensuring the most optimal training set up within their respective area. You will
- ensure the most optimal and easy-to-use training set up for the area
- Design simple, engaging, and efficient training
- Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances performance
- Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact
- support with development of new and existing training content and identification and implementation of training improvements projects
- support management with yearly training reviews
- be KPI champion for relevant training KPI’s in the areas.
