Then you could be our new Senior Financial Controller colleague. The position You will be responsible for various finance-related activities in our company. Working in close collaboration with the line of business, Novo Nordisk HQ, and your future eights colleagues in the finance team, you will ensure that we deliver best-in-class compliance within accounting, tax, internal controls, and other related areas. Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting monthly closing and reporting to Novo Nordisk Pharmatech management, Board of Directors, and Novo Nordisk A/S.
  • Conducting annual/periodic closing of books, including audit and tax.
  • Maintaining financial compliance and minimum controls.
  • Managing transfer pricing contracts and evaluation.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and developing financial tools to ensure timely and sufficient reporting and reconciliations.
  • Managing stakeholders in NNPR and Novo Nordisk corporate functions.
  • Continuously improving the internal financial reporting in NNPR.
  • Participating in various finance-related projects.
  • Managing affiliate and branch offices.

  • Master's degree within Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within finance and accounting after graduation.
  • Experience from a similar position
  • Experience from working in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

About the department You get the opportunity to join a highly engaged and dedicated Finance team. The team’s responsibilities reflect the versatility of the company to support the rest of the organisation. This includes tasks within product costing, cost controlling, sales analysis, budgeting, compliance, and management reporting. All this is done in close collaboration with line of business to bring high quality financial insights to support decision making in the business. We also work closely with finance organisations across Novo Nordisk.
