As our Indirect Procurement Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, all intended to support our organisation. You will mostly work with colleagues and experts within the Indirect Procurement area but also collaborate with other stakeholders across the company.
Your main responsibilities are included, but not limited to: Giving input and information gathering for Category strategies Taking part in the development of Performance Management structure in Indirect Procurement Helping with running sourcing events in our E-Procurement system Coupa Re-designing our Procurement SharePoint Supporting various ad-hoc tasks and the preparation of visual material Practicalities: Internship period: Minimum 5 months with extension possibility (6-12 months) Working hours: 37 hours (as close as possible with the flexibility within the exam period) Start date: 1 February 2024 Location: Køge, Denmark Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows. Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. Qualifications
You are a student who is currently studying for your master’s degree and have an interest in a career within the Procurement/Supply Chain area.
To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills Great stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in both spoken and written English Danish language knowledge is an advantage.
As a person, you are known to be motivated, highly proactive and take responsibility for your performance and learning. You have a structured approach to work and can communicate clearly and concisely. Furthermore, you have strong interpersonal skills and an international mindset. About the department
The Supply chain and Procurement team is part of Business Support at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. You will be joining 25 colleagues responsible for direct procurement, sourcing, planning, warehouse, and strategic indirect procurement.
