Do you have a passion for playing a key role in ensuring a simple and effective training setup in a fast-growing pharmaceutical organisation? Are you detail- and quality-oriented and are you motivated by learning systems and processes within training? Then we might have the right position for you, as Training Supporter in our Training & Development team. The position As a Training Supporter in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, you will play a key role in ensuring our training setup and will support Line of Business regarding training. Your primary tasks will include: Continuously build and maintain the training system Support alignment in training standards across the organization Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact Support the optimal and easy-to-use training setup to Line of Business Support management with administrative tasks related to training Review registration/deregistration for training Administrative tasks such as allocation/cancellation of training and pulling reports In the role as Training Supporter at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech you will be a part of Training & Development. You will work independently with your tasks in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Furthermore, experience in working with compliance and standards will be considered an advantage. Additionally, you should have good experience working in different IT systems and handling large amounts of data. Qualifications To succeed in the position, you have a structured approach to tasks, work with a range of different stakeholders and understand the business needs. You are committed and able to perform both strategic and "bread and butter" work in complex environments. You like to work in a structured way, but you can also adapt to the work you are dealing with, in a flexible way. To possess the job, it is important that you are fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and a positive and pragmatic mindset that creates solutions that make a difference for your colleagues. You are a team player and will focus on developing and sharing best practices - but at the same time, you know how to drive a process on your own. About the department

It is our job to ensure that all our HR core processes, communication activities and training processes run smoothly across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. We work in close collaboration with employees at all levels. You will be a part of the Training & Development team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, which consists of 9 employees.
