As our new (Senior) IT System & Service Supporter in the IT & OT Support team, you will be part of our ‘first response’ when our colleagues across the value chain experience technical issues related to connectivity, PC and devices. And you will solve your tasks independently as well as in collaboration with professionals with various backgrounds within academics and technical expertise. Your main tasks will be:
• Handle administrative tasks in relation to network and infrastructure since we collaborate with Global IT Operations (GITO) in Novo Nordisk.
• Participate in project teams supporting with IT infrastructure knowledge and solutions.
• Perform IT security related tasks on relevant IT solutions.
• Participate in services desk tasks incl. managing our drop-in function in collaboration with team. Apart from your primary responsibilities, you will offer technical assistance to colleagues across the value chain, manage device administration and setup, deploy PCs, install software, and physically set up equipment. You will also implement, operate, deploy, and maintain the organization's IT resources, and provide training and support to technology users for systems, technology, and services. Additionally, you will oversee vendors and support business processes and requirements, and ensure compliance with maintenance processes and requirements. Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred for this role: • A strong technical background, preferably a 2-year vocational education as an 'IT Supporter', coupled with several years of experience. Additional education in IT infrastructure and/or Data management will be viewed as a plus.
• A sound comprehension of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5 will be advantageous.
• Excellent project participation skills, along with the ability to decline requests followed by a question and a smile, will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in technical English is a must, and proficiency in Danish is preferred or willingness to learn Danish is appreciated. As an individual, you possess technical skills that enable you to work effectively while maintaining a natural respect for others. Your approach to work is structured, allowing you to keep an eye on details while maintaining a broad overview. You communicate effectively and ensure that technical quality standards are met. You are capable of working independently while still being an excellent team player. You are open-minded and enjoy meeting new people as part of project and cross-functional teams. As a new member of the IT & OT department, you will be joining a team of over 40 dedicated and talented colleagues who specialize in various areas such as IT infrastructure, IT compliance, IT security, IT system management, Operational Technology (OT), and automation & control systems. Our team works tirelessly to support the entire value chain at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, which includes Research & Development, manufacturing, laboratories, warehouse operations, and Sales & Marketing. Our department plays a crucial role in ensuring that all IT and OT systems are functioning optimally and securely. We work closely with other departments to identify and address any issues that may arise, and we strive to continuously improve our processes and systems to meet the evolving needs of the company.
