We are hiring a student assistant for approx. 15 hours pr. week to assist the international recruitment and admission team at IBA International.
Your work tasks will be diverse, but you mainly will be responsible for answering e-mail requests and communicating with partners and potential students, coordinating the Buddy and Student Ambassador Programmes and help with planning and coordinating international recruitment activities. You will also coordinate events, webinars, conferences - either as a presenter or as a facilitator, so you should feel comfortable standing in the front of a crowd. Finally, you will be helping with other administrative and logistic tasks that support our presence on the international scene.

Your profile:
- You are enrolled as a student at a higher education institution in Denmark
- You have experience with or are passionate about international marketing
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are very fluent in written and spoken English
- You thrive with diverse and challenging work tasks
- You are reliable, can take initiative and enjoy working independently
- You are good at planning your time and tasks, well-structured and flexible
- You see yourself in the position for at least a year
